Ran across this great post on the definition of insanity from Andy at Inspired Startup.   Are you doing things in your life over and over again and expecting a different result?  So many times in our lives we want things to be different, but we never change our behavior.

  1. Do you need to make improvement in your work performance, but find yourself doing things the “same way it’s always been done”?
  2. Does your home life need a boost, but you always seem to find yourself on the couch with the remote?
  3. You know you need to slow down, eliminate some of the busy-ness from your life, but you continue to add things to your schedule?

“Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”  – Albert Einstein

You get the picture.  We’ve all got something we want to change but find ourselves in the some old habits.  Andy’s post challenges us to:

  • Understand our motivation
  • Challenge ourselves to do something uncomfortable everyday.
  • Take responsibility – it’s up to you to make the change.

So what about you?  What are you going to do TODAY to make a change?  email me at greg dot primm at gmail.com and let me know.
